okay im still getting used to this and still setting it up haha but anywho this is for my weight loss journey. i want to be 115 lbs again. Lets start from the beginning shall we lol
hmm well during my pregnancy i was still my tiny self. wore all my jeans even my skinny jeans throughout my WHOLE pregnancy. it was amazing! i was only pregnant in my belly. haha i didnt gain any weight anywhere else. my hips didnt even widened! :) lol I gainded 22 lbs the whole pregnancy. Then i gave birth. a week after Kam was born i was 118 lbs. 2 lbs under my pre pregnant weight which was soo cool. i was tiny and was wearing all my cloths again. felt so good not to have that huge belly anymore. i mean my belly was ya know flabby cuz it was just stretched out for months but nothing a few weeks of exercising coulnt fix. so i was alright. Then i got this job. I had to be to work at 4 30 in the a.m can you believe it. I was so not used to it and never did get used to it. between waking up at 2 with kam and getting up a 4 to go to work i did nothing but sleep and eat all day. That is SOOO not good for you, im telling ya.. from october till now which is what almost june! i gained 30 lbs!!!! 30! ugh it so embarrassing. i am 145 lbs. my poor 4 11' frame cant handle that!!! im the biggest i've EVER been. i hate it so much everytime i look in the mirror i see fat thats it! well i write today that its the start of my weight loss! i did p90x plyometrics and ab ripper! wow is all i can say. i hoping to buy this insanity workout videos and thats looks HARD so hard haha but it'll be worth it!! well thats all for todays post! see ya

This is me 10 months after i had Kam! gross huh! but i swear that i am making a changing for myself and for everyone that loves me. this is not healthy at all. i am going to make a change in how i eat and what i drink and i WILL exercise every day till i lose the weight i want to and one day this bikini will look good on me! haha
